51st Annual General Meeting

Westward Room at the St Helier Yacht Club.

Agenda

In accordance with the Jersey Sports Council Constitution all paid up affiliated
Organisations are eligible to attend and participate in the Annual General
Meeting. Every affiliated Organisation shall be entitled to have two voting
delegates at the Annual General Meeting (Rule 5.4).

1. To receive the minutes of the Last General Meeting.

2. To receive and adopt the General Committee Report.

3. To receive and adopt the Chairmans Report.

4. To receive and adopt the Financial Report.

5. To elect the Officers for the ensuing year in accordance with Rule 4.3.
Proposed: President: Steve Pallett.
Chairman: Ian Cuming.
Vice Chairman: Vacant.
Hon. Secretary: Vacant.
Hon. Treasurer: Bernard Cooper.

6. To elect Representatives to the General Committee in accordance with Rule
7.1. of the constitution.
The General Committee shall consist of the Officers together with two Representatives from each of the six sub-sections. Nominations for the Representatives of each sub-section shall be made in writing, proposed and seconded by two affiliated members of each sub-section prior to the Annual
General Meeting. In the event that there are insufficient nominations being received, nominations may be received from the floor.

7. To appoint Honorary Auditor.

8. To determine the Annual Subscription.

9. To discuss the JSC “Manifesto for Sport” for adoption by members.

“Following the end of the AGM the Chairman will discuss the continued development
of the new JSC Website”.
