The Jersey Rugby Club is hosting an Open Session for girls aged 5-18 who would like to find out more about playing and simply want to Give it a Go!

"What if I've never played rugby before..?"No problem! This session is all about giving rugby a go in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. No experience, no pressure, just come along and have fun.
"What should I wear?"Anything you can run around in! Leggings, tracksuit bottoms, shorts, a t-shirt and trainers are perfect. No fancy kit needed.
"What do I need to bring?"Just yourself, a water bottle and plenty of energy. We'll take care of the rest!
"What's the best thing about rugby?"It's not just about sport, it's about making friends, building confidence, having a laugh and discovering what you're capable of. Give it a go - you might surprise yourself!
