A superb afternoon at St Catherine as over 60 participants (mostly young people) enjoyed a fun afternoon trying out Dinghy and Hobie Cat sailing, Kayaking and Paddleboarding.
The sun came out and there was a light breeze offering a safe environment for all to learn and enjoy new skills under the tutelage of qualified instructors from St Catherine’s Sailing Club, Royal Channel Islands Yacht Club and Jersey Canoe Club.
Grateful thanks to all at St Catherine’s SC who hosted the Event and provided refreshments for everyone.
Next Saturday we have the “DRY” sports at Les Quennevais Sports Centre and Playing Fields (12.00-17.00). Hopefully the weather remains kind!
